Connect your AI assistant to Ezera

Claude, ChatGPT and other assistants can search EZ Help docs, look up a product's help and error codes, and write article drafts for you, with the same access you have in the apps. You sign in with your Ezera account and choose what the assistant may do. Publishing always stays with you.

Claude (web, desktop and mobile)

  1. In Claude, open Settings, then Connectors, and choose Add custom connector.
  2. Paste the address above. Leave the OAuth client as Claude's published identity.
  3. Choose Add, then Connect, and sign in with your Ezera account.

Once connected on claude.ai, the connector also works in Claude Desktop and the Claude mobile app.

Claude Code

Add the server, then run /mcp in Claude Code and sign in when it asks:

ChatGPT

  1. Turn on developer mode in ChatGPT's settings.
  2. Create an app with the address above and OAuth authentication.
  3. Sign in with your Ezera account when ChatGPT asks.
